All aspects of the refining process are coordinated at our facility located in Manhattan, New York. We issue a Patriot Act form which is part of our commitment to assure the using and acceptance of only conflict-free metals. This act requires regulations that establish standards for verification and identity of any customer attempting to refine precious metal material. This is part of our process in which we pledge to ensure that any metals obtained are from our business partners and not deemed questionable. The information that we obtain is to be in compliance with the Patriot Act and it is not shared with the outside world.
Our support begins with the shipment of materials from your facility to ours, and continues throughout the entire processing cycle. Attention to every detail is our highest priority. Whether your material requires burning or melting, all stages are performed in house, individually. Upon completion, our customers are notified with project results. National allows for a variety of settlement options.
